Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Investment property with judgement
If I currently own a home and have no judgements against me, but do have 2 pending in the amount of $25,000 for credit cards, and will probably be certified judgements in the next 2 months, can I still purchase a second property (investment purposes) ?
