a did not pay my rent for 1 month on my apartment complex. i lost my job and i just start working. i want to make payments but they dont accepted if is not full amount. i have a 10 month old baby no place to go right now. can they kick me out? how much time they can give me to move out ?

Re: eviction

The landlord must give you a written 3-day notice. If you do not pay the amount due within the 3 days, he must file an eviction action in the county court. You must then be served with that Complaint and given an opportunity to respond in writing. It generally takes several weeks before the landlord actually gets a court order to put you out. Then the sheriff's office will serve that on you and put you out if you do not move.
