Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I am involved with a bank approved short sal but on 10/10/13 received a summons for foreclosure. How should I deal with it? Can I do it myself or how much would it cost to hire a lawyer?

You should hire an attorney to assist with the short sale and the foreclosure case which is now pending. You have 20 days to respond to the foreclosure summons so act quickly.
