Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am joint owner with my sister of a condo on Daytona Beach. We have a special restoration fee,have been making payments. She has not made her Aug. payment. Am I responsible for her half just because she does not feel like making it? What can happen?

You are both responsible for the full payment. A lien can be placed on the property.
