joint tennants with right of survivorship

my girlfriend of 20 some years left , we have joint property , have had no contact or knowlege of her whereabouts for over 7 years , how do i go about getting her off the deed , or declaring her dead so to clear up the title , her age if alive would be in her mid 70's. its a hardship to singlie keep paying the taxes and maintanance as im on disabilitie and have to sell the property , but cant with out her .
