Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
A judge dismissed our forclouser case because the plaintiffs attorney did not show up. Their attorney contacted me the next day and ask me to agree to have the judge overturn the ruling because they wrote the time down wrong. She also said that the judge always overturns when there is a calander scheduling error and that it would just be better if I would go ahead and agree. I don't have an attorney because I can't afford one so should I agree or wait and make them refile the whole thing

The Judge likely will allow them to reopen the old case, but you don't have to agree. It is up to them to prove up their failure to the Court.
