Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

judgment

I bought my property with a friend as a co-owner to avoid my ex-husband getting the property. There was a lawsuit with my co-owner and they liened my property, and not her homestead. How long does this lien last against my property? It has been quitclaimed to me, but they could say it was to avoid the judgment. I now want to refinance, and can't with that judgment against my home. Any options for me??
