I have a judgment against a person, now he is in Bankruptcy. What should i do?

This is very general and not a specific step-by-step 'how to'. Make sure that you file a claim with the Bankruptcy Court. A Trustee will be appointed and he will schedule a "Meeting of Creditors", sometimes called a 341 hearing. You should attend this hearing to re-state your judgment. This, at the very least, will make sure your amount is included in any distribution. The sooner you file with the Court, the higher you will be on the payment list.
