Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

What can i do when i am getting kicked out of public property by someone who doesn't care if its private or public? I am tired of getting kicked out by someone so doesn't want to listen to what you have to say. I was walking home and there was a man threatening my friends because they were playing football in a gated community at a dead end

Depending on the treats, you may want to contact the police department and file a report. People act out for many reasons. Often they have no standing to enforce what they demand.

If you feel treatened, call the police. If you or your friends do not live in the gated community, you may be trespassing. Contact a local attorney to discuss this matter.
