What kind of document would state that the person paying for repairs would be reimbursed for repair money if the house was sold

1. You could get a mortgage on the property

2. You can have a lien but that would be limited in its time to act upon it.

3. You could get a quit claim deed with some ownership interest in the home.

4. You could have a contract agreeing to pay you and notify you of any sales.
