What kind of laws and/or papers do you draw up when a couple that is not married buys a house together and all of it's contents?

As far as the property, you will probably want to take title as joint tenants to ensure a right of survivorship. There are no laws that give rights to unmarried persons. No papers are required, but it is advisable. The agreement would cover what happens if someone dies, or wants to move on. Who would get what? Getting this done in advance could prevent serious problems later.
