Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I own land in Fl. the deed is my name + my exwifes name i got the land in the divorse I have been paying the taxes on it for 12 years = now I want to build on it but her name is still on the deed + I cant find her to sign off on it what can i do?

You will need a real estate attorney to "quiet title" in your name. Your divorce lawyer should have had her sign a quit claim deed, but if this wasn't done, it will take a court order now. You can contact me through this web site, and we can discuss your options further.
