How do I sale my property that was jointly owned but then we got divorced and now I cant find him and I want to sell the property

A quiet title action will not be worth anything unless it determines that he has died. You will need to file a partition action, asking the court to have the property sold. His share of the proceeds would go to him or remain with the clerk of court until he shows up.

You will have to file a quiet title action first, then be able to sell it.
