Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Land Surveys

I work for a title company and have contated a surveyor on a survey that he prepared last May. This is a refinance transaction and I called to ask a question about the existing survey. He said that he can't speak to me because by law the survey is no good after 90 days. I've asked our underwriters and they say that is not the case. Where can I find, in writing, that this guy is wrong?
