land trust
I sold my house 2 years ago to a real estate broker, My house was in forclosure. He stated he needed to place it in a land trust and that i needed to sign power of attorney and sign a warrenty deed. My house was suppose to close 7/30/2006. Now here 2 years later I get more forclosure papers andno house. I own the mortage and he stole my house free and clear...and its up for sale, with his business partner as owner....I was scammed out of my house...what can I do?
