Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Land trusts

I have recently been made aware of many benefits of buying and owning property in any state using a Land Trust. My sources claim that Florida has very liberal tax and probate laws as they pertain to Land Trusts. Where can I verify this is true, and if it is true, how can I set up a Land Trust?

Land Trusts

The Florida land trust is a great way to hold property. It is very inexpensive running around $275.00 per trust and is very private. A.J. Comparetto, 727-328-7900
