Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am a landlady who lives in Florida. The tenants lease is up, but doesn't want to leave. I posted a letter on door explaining lease expired and she has 30 days to vacate. What is the next step? Thank you for your help.

Hi. If your tenant will not leave, they are considered a holdover tenant under Florida law. Under Section 83.58 Florida Statutes you are entitled to double rent during the holdover period. You also must evict them by filing an action in court pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 83.59., Right of Action for Possession.
