My landlord has been accepting partial rent payments each month, i paid half the rent this month he said ok. Now he is threating me with a three day notice. can he do this. I live in Fla

Yes he can. Failure to pay the full rental puts you at risk for eviction UNLESS you have some written agreement that says he wont evict for payment of less the full rental.
