My landlord is not answering me regarding my rent payment which is due today because of a three day notice, but the notice is for rent that was already payed, not the current rent, dose that notice still apply to this month's rent or dose he need to pay the correct notice?

No way to know unless the actual notice is reviewed and you clarify whether it was owed at the time of the notice. If owed at the time of notice, than no new notice need to be filed. If it was not owed at the time, than likely new notice is required.
