landlord asked me to leave (business location)

I purchased a small business. had finical trouble after 3 monthes. could not pay lease, asked if landlpar would give me 15 days to make the money she said no sent me a letter from an attourny to pay the full amont immd. or get out. The landloard has placed an ad in local paper to sue me. What are my rights? They asked me to leave.
