can my landlord break my lease and evit me from my apartment

after just two weeks my landlord have sent me a three days notice to vacate my apartment. he argues tha i have to manny people coming in and out of my apartment and that i am selling drugs. that is not true. i have several friends and family who visit me often. but these are always the same people. there is no clauses in my lease that limit the number of visitors i may have. in fact there are only four people who visit me almost every day and one of them is my neighbor next door.

Most leases say that you cannot interfere with other tenant's quiet enjoyment. Your landlord may be using this as his excuse for telling you to leave. I would recommend you hire a local attorney immediately and have him/her write your landlord a letter on your behalf.
