can my landlord evict me if he never signed the contract and he rented the property without association approval.

yes. if you dont pay your rental, whether he was allowed to rent or not, you can be evicted. in fact, you may have to be evicted if you dont leave on your own for him to honor his agreement with the association. the lack of a written contract does not prevent the eviction either. at best you have a possessory right for some limited period of time, usually based on the manner in which the rental is paid.
