Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My landlord gave me a paper telling me that he is giving me my 60 day eviction notice (Because of a noise complaint) and at the end of the 60 days he would not renew my lease. The letter goes on to further say I am being given until the end of the 60 days (when my lease ends) the maximum amount of time to move out. Now I am being charged by their collection agency Redecorating fees and a fee for terminating lease early by moving out. If the landlord tells me I have within 60 days to leave and I do, is it still canceling the lease early on MY part? I want to dispute at least the redecoration fee because there was only normal wear and tear, and the only thing I did break was a blind. When I asked the collection agency on the phone if I can see a print out of the charges they said if they send me it then they would not give me a a settlement and would charge me the full $1500. When all I owed in a back rent was $625. I asked anyways for the print out and proof they had the right to collect.

You are being strong armed. I would not pay anything that you are not satisfied you actually owe. I would not pay an early departure fee IF you pay all the rental due through the end of the lease.
