I am a landlord for a house in florida, my tenant ripped up and when I say ripped up, they tore up about 2/3 of the flooring that was installed in the bathroom floor in my house. What can I do as the landlord

Sue them for the damages.The problem is suing them and getting a judgment does not necessarily get you your money. You have to collect the judgment and that can be difficult to do unless you know of assets that they have.
