Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
my landlord met me at my duplex on the final day of my lease and stated everything looked fine. Then sent a notice with charges that consumed my security deposit plus some with all kinds of fees and charges. She even stated that upon first glance everything was fine and then did a separate inspection. Do I have any recourse?

You may. You will have to file suit, however, if the damages are legitimate then you may just be throwing good money after bad.
