Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My landlord quitclaimed her property to her executor. Both agreed to owner finance the property verbally to me, but now widowers' family is asking for back rent. What are my rights in this?

Finance what? your lease? purchase? The oral agreement is likely unenforceable. you are probably responsible for the back rent. seek some legal advice with your actual paperwork.
