can landlord sue after refunding security deposit
hello,
I have rented a house that i did not look at before signing a lease, and the landlord did not go into the house before i moved in or after the other tenets left.can landlord sue the other people for damages that were done before i moved in if i were too call him about them? can he hold me or not refund my security deposit for these damages.

Yes, the landlord can pursue claims against the prior tenant. Document the damages and the condition of the premises and provide such documentation (letter, photographs, video) to your landlord in a way that can be tracked and verified later (fax; certified mail, return receipt requested; overnight delivery).
