Your lease controls. Does the lease allow for the girlfriend to be resident there? Are there rules and and regulations which have been breached? If you have a reason, you can notify them of breach and require her to leave or that the lease will be terminated and an eviction will be started. Make sure about what the agreement provides before doing any notifying.

If appropriate, you can seek an eviction.
