Landlord/Tenant

I rented an apt. for a month and paid $290.00, plus a $100 deposit and $50 for electric. I lived in the apt. for less than a week. There was no lease signed. Now the landlord will not return my rent money until he rents the apt. again.

If you rented it for a month, you are responsible for the entire month, even if you only stayed a week.
