Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My late father owned a home which has been occupied since his death 15 years ago by my brother and his wife. My brother died in February. The deed is on the names of 10 children including the deceased sibling. How can we evict our sister in law?.

If she voluntarily doesn't want to leave, it would require a court action.
Be aware that if the deed had your brother's name on it, it is possible that his share went to his wife, and therefore she is now an owner too. A partition suit may be needed.
