Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I was late 5 months for my homeowners association fees bec. my husband lost his job and we even applied for help from the governemnt to lower the payment of our mortgage. I paid already 3 months, july, august,september, about to send this month october and november association fees. But associaltion lega is charging legal fees, costs, interests, what is my right as a homeowner with threatening homeowner and its lawyers!

I am sure you agreed to certain rules regarding late payments, fees and interest in your HOA agreement. Review it, and if you still think you need legal help, contact an attorney.
