Is it a law in Florida that an attorney must draw up the contract for an owner to sell his house to the seller with owner financing?

No. But it may be highly advisable. Self made contracts are full of mistakes.

You will end up spending much more than you think you have saved by "DIY" law. This goes for both the seller and the buyer. Beware of "due on sale" clauses in existing mortgages too. What you don't know will bite you.
