a lawuit as been file against me i need to writte a response to the court what i need to include on this letter? enghlish its my second lenguage, can you send me a example of that letter.i purchased an appt and i was not able to keep up with the payments.

To file an Answer to a Complaint: You put the heading of the case at the top of the first page -- you copy it from the Complaint where it says the court, plantiff, defendant, and case number. Then, you put the title of what you are filing "DEFENDANT'S ANSWER". Then, answer each numbered paragraph individually with "Admit," "Denied," or "Without knowledge." After the last answer to numbered paragraph, you add your affirmative defenses and counterclaims in separate numbered paragraphs.

I STRONGLY recommend that you hire an attorney to help you, especially because English is your second language.
