Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Can anything leagally done with a new consturction company putting out an email advertisment for sale prices of homes that was sent out from a corp. email adress. Then the builder says the "ad" was wrong and doesn't honor any of the advertisted prices (over 20 homes)

The advertisement is likely just that, an advertisement, and is not inviting you to accept an offer to purchase the property for that particular price. If the ad is wrong and the company doesn't offer the advertised prices, then that is that. There is no agreed price until you sign a contract. There is likely no legal remedy.
