lean for house not made

my wife got the house in the divorce, the property is paid for and belongs to her, now she is selling the land and hasnt paid for the trailer in 4 months and its going to repoed and the trailer is in my name and morgage company refused to change it, even though she has gotten it in the divorce, can i put a lean against her land to pay for the trailer that she is resposible for.

You will need to sue her (and win), obtain a judgment, and file an abstract of judgment to put a lien against her.
