Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I want to take over lease payments for a business partner,but I can not take over the lease in my name so she offered to keep in her name and i make the payments and insure the car..question #1 is this legal? the Mercedes Benz does not have a problem with that they just want their money..This is a small car and she needs a Suv for Business reasons..she is concerned that she would not be able to get another Car if she still has her name on the lease she has now...

Unless prohibited by her agreement, I don't see why she can't assign the lease to you.
