I recently discovered black mold in my air conditioning ducts. I have 6 months left on my lease. Am I obligated to this Lease?

No, first you must report this situation to your landlord. Not all mold is harmful or dangerous. The landlord should clean this situation up if it can be done. If not, you may be able to break your lease.
