Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

lease renewal

On February 25th I received a letter from my management company telling me that my lease of one year was going to expire on April 30th and that I must let them know whether or not I was going to renew my lease. It also said that if I do not return the form at least 30 days before my lease ended they would put it back in their rental inventory. It was sighned my their office manager. I returned the signed letter to them. I spoke to amember of the staff there who acknowdged receipt of the letter. On April 18th I received a call from my management company saying that the landlord had changed their mind and wanted to take the property of the rental market and that our letter of intent is void. They also want me out in 41 days.

Do I have any recourse. I don,t want to move.
