Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I leased an apartment that on the listing stated it had 2 parking spots included. We went in for an interview with apartment association and were informed by them that there was only one included with that specific unit and that we would have to rent the second. When I contacted the apartment owners agent. He simply said it was his mistake and that street parking was free from 6 PM to 8 AM. Is this legal? Should we receive at least some sort of discount on the rent or be able to break the lease? We just moved in this week and have paid the first months rent, last months rent, and security deposit ($6,750 total) as well as $350 in application fees. What can we do now?

Read your lease as to how many parking spaces were listed. If it states 2, they are in breach and you can terminate or seek a rent reduction.
