Leasing question

In the state of Florida, is there any way to break an apartment lease, if you are buying a home?(without having to pay for the full lease or leasing penalties)

No. There is no such thing as the "If you buy a home, you can unilaterally terminate a lease without liability" law in Florida, and probably nowhere else in the United States. Try to negotiate a compromise with the landlord. Good luck.
