Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My ex won't leave

I recently bought my ex's interest in the home that we bought together and still we both still live in the home because he now refuses to leave. The home is now in my name, the mtg is in my name. My ex was suppose to move out after I bought him out and now he won't. What should I do?
