Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Is it legal for a home seller (who is also the listing agent) to require a pre-approval from a specific person adn lender? I already have two pre-approvals from two different companies. I don't want her knowing my financial status beyond the fact that I am pre-approved.
