Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Is it legal for a person to use my home address as their business address, even though they don't reside with me and I've ask them not to do that. The business, a cell phone store is ran out of a mall, but everything appears as if it were from my house and what he does is he has a change of address filled out at the post office every so often that transfers things to a p.o, box. IWhat can I do?

You may start by reporting this to the United States Postal Inspector's Service, the enforcement department for the nisuse of the posal service. This man is using your address and the postal service fruadulently. You can report it by dialing the main Miami number, (877)-876-2455, and then putting in your zip code. I would also suggest filing a crimial report with your local police department.
