Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

lein of claim for, non construction

I need to put a lien on a buisness for a

defective used car. I have won a judgement in court. Can

you tell me what claim of lien form I can use? Any that I have found deal with contruction or do I just leave

that info out. Thank you for your response.

The judgment, if filed properly is the lien. There is no other filing required.
