leins
once a lein is placed on property, can it be removed without paying the debt? Is there a way to fight the lein?

What type of lien was placed on your property? Constrtuction? Condominium? You may be able to transfer the lien off the property to a bond, file a Notice of Contest of lien, File a Show Cause Order... I need more information, feel free to contact the undersigned at (305) 769-3000.
