Lesee/tenants' rights
I have a valid lease on my home, can I be forced to show it (while occupied by myself and children). If the owner has decided to sell? My lease is valid through 11/14/2008

Look to the lease agreement. If you have a written lease, the lease may provide the owner to have the right to show the leasehold to prospective new tenants.
