Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Am letting a relative down on luck stay in my condo paying only the maintenance fees. What form would I need to have me held harmless for anything that may occur in the apt. while she is living there? State of Florida. No maintenance fee was paid this month.

There is no form, and you are liable for most issues. A contract can disclaim your liability. Insurance policy is the best bet.
