Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Lien on home in foreclosure

My condo association has placed a lien on my home. My home is in foreclosure. My home is not worth what the first and second mortgage is owed. What happens to the lien? I am also filing bankruptcy next week and including the home. Also can the (condo association)lien holder foreclose before the first and second?

Thank you

Jay
