Lien on property

I live in private gate community, association/management company wants to put lien on my home for unspecified fees, which they wont explain what they are. i have sent certified mail and they refuse to pick up the letters i sent, what can i do to stop this??? this is causing me psychological stress and interfering with my daily enjoyment of my property, can i sue???

The Association has a right to file a lien on your property for specific violations. If it is improper, you can challenge it and, if successful, it must be removed. You cannot sue them for stress or interferring with your daily enjoyment as there is no such action.
