Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

lien placed on property

My name is not on real estate property in Florida but all assets have been acquired during 27 year marriage....husband has recently placed names of blood relatives (who reside in Europe) as half owners on property deed and beneficiaries on his bank accounts. I reside in Connecticut (snow bird). I do not want to file for divorce because he is ill. What can I do to protect my rights to property and monies that have all been acquired during my marriage?

Re: lien placed on property

He may be ill; he may also soon be gone and you'll be left with nothing. You'd better reconsider divorce (or a legal separation) so that your interest in the assets is protected.
